Lindsey Dentino's skills as an attorney make her a sought after family lawyer whether she is mediating a case or litigating one. Her ability to connect with people and to put them at ease is a quality that makes her a client favorite. Her pragmatic approach to resolving family law issues also helps her clients to take the emotion out of legal decisions and ultimately save themselves valuable time, heartache and money. She has a wide range of family law experience from pre-marital agreements, high-conflict child custody, domestic violence restraining orders, and child support and spousal support to complex property division matters, including high asset and high-income earner cases.
Lindsey only practices family law by choice. She finds the field challenging with every case being uniquely different. She enjoys the intimate community of San Diego divorce professionals. While she doesn't hesitate to litigate the case if needed, she encourages her clients to set aside their emotions and work with her to design their own resolution to their concerns rather than have a judge decide for them.
After receiving a Bachelor of Arts from Arizona State University, she fulfilled her lifelong dream of heading west to San Diego and receiving her Juris Doctor Degree from California Western School of Law. Excelling on the Dean's List, she also gained valuable experience volunteering with the Community Law Project working one-on-one with members of the local community who had limited means to access legal services. She tapped into resources through that experience that she still uses to this day. But what sparked her passion for family law was working with children in the state foster care system. As an adoption specialist, she helped children find permanent, safe, and loving homes. Lindsey later interned at Moore, Schulman and Moore during law school and went on to practice law with the firm as an associate attorney.
Lindsey is a loyal Arizona State Sun Devil. She never misses a football game. From hiking to horseback riding, Lindsey enjoys everything San Diego has to offer outdoors. She also enjoys exploring the local restaurant and brewery scene. Wherever she goes, her dogs Harper and Penny are never far behind.
