James P. Clark serves as Of Counsel to our team of San Diego family law attorneys at Moore, Schulman & Moore, APC. In this capacity, he provides a measured evaluation of each case, determining if it will best be served by applying alternate dispute resolution methods or whether it is more likely to require resolution through trial. A graduate of California Western School, where he served as Executive Editor of the Law Review and as a member of the Oral Advocacy Honors Board, Mr. Clark completed his undergraduate studies at San Diego State University with a Pre-Law degree, which followed his degree in Criminology – Law Enforcement from Grossmont Community College. When representing clients, he listens carefully to their concerns and guides them through the entire legal process, step by step. He understands and appreciates how stressful it is for every client who is filing for divorce or who is dealing with divorce-related issues, such as post-judgment child custody or spousal support.
