At Moore, Schulman & Moore, APC, Lauren exercises her legal skills by managing a wide range of cases from prenuptial agreements to divorce litigation. She works to get the best results for her clients without having to expend excessive time and money going to court. If the legal issue can’t be settled out of courtroom, she welcomes the opportunity to use her litigation skills in the courtroom.
She understands that family law is about more than just solving legal issues. It is personal. She takes the time each client needs to understand the issue and the possible solutions and outcomes.
Education & Experience
Lauren’s education gives her valuable perspective for practicing family law. While completing her Bachelor of Arts degree in political science with a concentration in international relations at UCLA, she volunteered her free time to make a difference in the office of the student body president. She worked to implement various outreach programs focusing on impacting a range of issues from campus climate to helping the international student community feel more connected. She also served as the online editor for the student-run Los Angeles arts and culture magazine and blog. To feed her need for a good challenge and her curiosity, she took classes in biochemistry, psychology and disability studies.
Lauren earned her law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law with a concentration in business and corporate law. Once Lauren had the opportunity to work for a firm committed to just family law issues, she realized she wanted that to be her only focus.
Personal
Lauren is a native southern Californian who loves every aspect of what the golden state has to offer. From sinking her feet into the sand at local beaches to hiking the scenic trails that wind across the area’s mountains, she enjoys the natural beauty of living in San Diego. She also enjoys exploring the unique craft breweries that have popped up around San Diego and the eclectic culinary scene.
