Discipline, dedication and attention to the details have guided Bryan Yerger throughout his life and now as a family law attorney with Moore, Schulman & Moore, and APC. Those qualities continue to be assets to the families he represents by giving them a strategic advantage in family law. As a former U.S. Marine Corps officer he learned the value of staying focused on the mission to get the best outcome. Bryan’s unique perspective and guidance, helps his clients stay focused on the goals of their legal issues for the best possible outcome rather than allowing their emotions to cause them to make poor decisions.
A graduate of the University of San Diego, Bryan was honored with the James A. D’Angelo Outstanding Child Advocate Award for his commitment to helping foster children and teenagers at the Child Advocacy Clinic. As part of the team at the Child Advocacy Clinic, Bryan helped foster children and teens at the policy level with analysis of the issues related to transition-age foster teenagers.
There was never a question that Bryan would be helping families through some of the biggest challenges of their lives. While in law school, he worked as a law clerk at Moore, Schulman and Moore, APC. That experience taught him not only the value of learning the procedural aspects of the job, but the importance of developing the skills to guide people through the family law process. Bryan enjoys researching complex issues and finding creative ways to develop arguments and solutions for the people who trust him with their family law issues. He is a member of the San Diego Bar Association and the San Diego Family law Bar Association.
Bettering the San Diego community is part of Bryan’s mission, by volunteering to help the homeless at the San Diego Rescue Mission and dog rescues. He hopes to give other rescue dogs a forever home like his German Shepard, Roen. He and his fiancée Linda rescued Roen from a high kill shelter and work to make sure other dogs are socialized so they can find a loving home.
Proving no challenge is too big; Bryan has tackled triathlons but also enjoys relaxing by golfing and spending time outdoors.
