As a San Diego family law attorney at Moore, Schulman & Moore, APC, Lauren Dellinger Schmidt takes her role very seriously. She never loses sight of the fact that the outcomes she achieves for our clients could permanently alter the dynamic of a family. Whether she is guiding a client through divorce or litigation a contested child custody issue, she works hard to protect the interests and rights of the men and women our firm represents. Because no two cases are exactly identical, she crafts a customized legal strategy for each case. This client-centered approach has yielded numerous successful results. She is not afraid to take a case to court if she believes it will ultimately benefit a client.
While completing her undergraduate studies at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, Attorney Lauren Dellinger Schmidt played on the women's rugby team and was a player on the U-23 All Star Team. She earned her law degree from California Western School of Law and studied abroad in Italy, England, and the Czech Republic. She also served as Associate Editor of the California Western Law Review / International Law Journal.
Before joining our law firm, Attorney Lauren Dellinger Schmidt was a judicial extern for the U.S. District Court, Southern District of California, and an intern for the U.S. Department of Justice. She also worked as a civil litigation associate attorney. In her free time, she enjoys playing sports, volunteering, and traveling. If you are facing a family law issue, she can help you work toward the most effective and timely resolution. During an initial consultation, she can help you understand your options and answer any questions you may have.
