Brittany Dracup became a member of the California Bar in May 2018. Before becoming an attorney, Ms. Dracup has geared her career primarily toward the field of family law with over 5 years of experience working at different private family law firms throughout Southern California.
She received her Bachelor’s Degree in French Studies from the University of San Francisco (Graduated in May 2012) and attended Thomas Jefferson School of law for three years (August 2014 to May 2017
While obtaining her J.D., Ms. Dracup volunteered for the Legal Aid Society of San Diego in the Housing, Temporary Restraining Order, and Domestic Violence Restraining Order clinics, where Ms. Dracup aided in providing over 350 hours of pro-bono legal assistance to low-income community members concerning child-abduction, custody and visitation, domestic violence, and support issues. Ms. Dracup’s work with Legal Aid during law school further affirmed her commitment to working in the field of family law.
Ms. Dracup is a member of the San Diego Bar Association, and continues to provide pro bono legal services for non-profit legal service organizations. In her free time, Ms. Dracup serves as a member of the Board of Directors for San Diego Rotaract and enjoys surfing and getting outside with her dog.
