As a San Diego family law attorney at Moore, Schulman & Moore, APC, Attorney Nicholas Grey makes every effort to deliver high-caliber legal representation. At our firm, he handles some of the most challenging kinds of cases involving asset division, child custody, and other divorce-related issues. For example, his representation of Staff Sergeant Anthony Rios involving a visitation / custody case against the Navy Secretary resulted in a preliminary injunction to prevent military interference with child visitation ordered by the state. He also challenged the U.S. Department of Defense's political speech regulation as part of the legal team that tackled Stein v. Dowling.

A veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, Attorney Nicholas Grey served as a judge advocate while on active duty. He relies on his military experience when representing military clients who need help with support regulations and military protective orders. He currently drills as part of the Marine Corps Reserve. Passionate about civil rights, he regularly provides pro bono services to civil rights cases. He is licensed to practice in California, South Dakota, U.S. Court of Appeals for Armed Forces, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Central and Southern Districts in California. After completing his undergraduate studies at Saint Olaf College, he earned his law degree from the University of South Dakota School of Law.
